If XCape238 is cancelled by the promoters and is not rescheduled or replaced by an arrangement accepted by you, your deposit will be refunded together with other amounts which applicable law requires to be refunded.

Arranging your own travel. Flights are not included in your Land Escape booking. You are responsible for arranging suitable travel to and from Cape Verde. Please check your flight dates and arrival/departure arrangements carefully before purchasing independent travel. You are also responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport and any visa, entry authorisation or other travel documentation required for your journey.

Independent travel arrangements. Flights or other travel arrangements purchased independently from an airline, travel agent or other third party do not form part of your XCape238 Land Escape booking and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

Adults-only experience. XCape238 is an adults-only experience. Guests must satisfy the applicable minimum age requirements and may be required to provide valid photographic identification.

Travel documents. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport and any visa, entry authorisation or other documentation required for travel to Cape Verde. Entry requirements can change and should be checked using current official government information before travel.

Travel insurance. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance as soon as you book, including appropriate cancellation, medical, repatriation, baggage and travel disruption cover.

No. The music policies indicate the overall sound and atmosphere of each venue and may vary throughout the event. They are not nightly schedules, and natural crossover may happen depending on the night and DJ.

UK guests travelling on a full British Citizen passport can currently visit Cape Verde for up to 30 days without a visa. Travellers must complete Cape Verde’s traveller pre-registration before arrival and pay the applicable Airport Security Tax (TSA). The current international TSA is 3,400 CVE per person, approximately €30.83. Entry requirements and fees can change, so check the latest official Cape Verde requirements and UK Government travel advice before travelling.
